Some Americans Still Don't Surf the Web

While most Americans can't get their heads out of their phones, a new survey shows 10% of adults don't use the internet at all.

The Pew Research Center found that most of the people who are off-line are senior citizens or live in rural areas. It also showed they don't have a high school diploma and earn less than $30,000 a year.

Still, the numbers are far different compared to the survey that was done in 2000.

Back then, nearly half of American adults, 48%, didn't use the internet.
