The Miami Dolphins are ready to introduce their new leader.

Brian Flores is the Miami Dolphins 13th head coach.

He'll officially don the aqua and orange for the first time during a 4:00 press conference at the team's training facility in Davie. The team made the official announcement of his signing just before 3:00 p.m.

The 37-year-old, who just won the Super Bowl last night with New England, becomes the seventh assistant of Patriots head man Bill Belichick to get a head coaching job.

The six previous have a combined one playoff win.

The now former Defensive Coordinator takes over a 'Fins defense that was near the bottom in many categories.

This is Flores' first head coaching job.
