Debbie Mucarsell Powell is projected to win Florida House Seat 26 that covers part of Miami Dade and the Florida Keys. With over 90 percent of the vote reported, Mucarsell Powell has defeated incumbent Republican Carlos Curbello by 1.4 percentage points. This is one of the seats Democrats hoped to flip in order to win a majority in the National House of Representatives.
