Two Florida Teens Arrested For Armed Carjacking Of Teacher In School Lot

Two 13-year-olds are facing charges after they're accused of carjacking a teacher in the parking lot of Biscayne Gardens Elementary School.

Miami-Dade Police detectives say that, after following a series of leads, they were able to identify the two children as the pair who held a gun to a teacher as she left the campus shortly after 5 p.m.

They jumped in her car and drove off, but crashed as they left the parking lot.

The two suspects ran away on foot, according to police.

They're both charged with armed carjacking.

The two have not yet been publically identified.
