Jax Shooting Victims File Lawsuit Against Video Game Creators

Three people who survived last month's deadly shooting at "Madden NFL" video game tournament in Jacksonville are suing the video game's creators and the entertainment complex where it happened.

One of the plaintiffs who was injured in the shooting, says the alleged gunman, David Katz, exhibited "odd" behavior online and in gaming environments before the shooting happened.

Two people died and about a dozen people were injured in the shooting last month.

Katz, the alleged gunman, also took his own life.
