Police say a Cudjoe Key man is facing charges for head-butting and wrestling with Monroe County deputies, threating to kill them, and breaking the patrol car's door.
Investigators say it took three officers to detain Andrew LaClair.
While authorities were carrying the 27-year-old to the police cruiser, he allegedly spit on them and continued his rants about killing them.
After his arrest, a woman told one of the deputies LaClair threatened to kill her and himself by driving off the road.
