Billionaire hedge fund manager and liberal activist Tom Steyer is dishing out another $10-million to help Democrats win the House in this November's election.
Steyer says he is hoping to drive voters to the polls by the idea of impeaching President Trump, one of Steyer's long-stated goals.
Steyer has faced some opposition from Democratic leadership, who fear his impeachment campaign might bring more Trump supporters to the polls.
