Could Multiple Pregnancies Be Making You Older?

New research suggests that multiple pregnancies make a woman's cells age more quickly biologically.

Calen Ryan of Northwestern University is the co-author of the study. He says for each additional pregnancy, cellular aging is accelerated by half a year to two years.

Ryan also says that women who have many children, especially more than four or five, tend to have higher risk for certain diseases and they can even have shorter lifespans.

Bottom line: having more children just might make you age faster.
