"Afternoon of Togetherness" Offers Volunteer Opportunities For Kids

"Afternoon of Togetherness" is giving South Florida families several different opportunities to volunteer this weekend.  Young at Art Museum is hosting the event Sunday, June 3rd.

The Kindness Kampaign is one of several volunteer organizations participating.  Founder, Danielle Hernandez, says they've partnered with "Showering Love."

"Non-profit, Showering Love, is a mobile shower bus that helps inspire the homeless to get a fresh start on life.  We are making care packages for them filled with toiletries," said Hernandez.
