Cyber attacks against the U.S. are happening every day, so said National Intelligence Director Dan Coats during a Senate hearing on Tuesday morning.
The hearing was focused on top worldwide threats to U.S. national security.
Coats warned that Russia will ramp up cyber attacks on the U.S. in an effort to degrade America's democratic values and weaken U.S. alliances.
