A troubling scene outside Cooper City schools... Police followed a suspicious vehicle near Cooper City Elementary and Pioneer Middle Schools and went over for a closer look. A Broward Sheriff's Office deputy discovered a man with his nether region exposed while he tossed tissues out the window.He has been arrested for lewd and lascivious behavior, and indecent exposure in the past.
