A Palm Beach County Sheriff's Deputy is off the job after the video which appears to show him rummaging through an elderly man's home, looking for drugs.
Deputy Jason Cooke has resigned.
PBSO deputies responding to a welfare check found an 85-year-old man injured in his home after Hurricane Irma. When he was taken to the hospital, Cooke then went to the home, and is seen on surveillance video.
He's being accused of looking for the man's prescription medications.
