A Florida woman is accused of neglecting one of her sons who died at just three weeks old.
The Seminole County Sheriff's Office arrested 26-year-old Michelle Spinicchia on Sunday. She's charged with child neglect, domestic battery and resisting arrest after allegedly not following up with doctors regarding her son Benjamin's breathing troubles.
Benjamin Mitchell and his twin were born in July, each weighing under four pounds. The child's father found Benjamin dead on Aug. 10. An autopsy found he was "severely malnourished and underweight".
Spinicchia is being held without bond. Officials didn't say who has custody of the twin brother.
